Biography: Research Team
- Barbara Scott (Nov. 2006 - Aug. 2007) Has worked in a number of
capacities over the years. She has worked in the area of adult literacy for
the past twelve years. Her background in education is comprised of College
and University. She has established herself in the work field with a strong
background in the area of Management.
-
Her
part in the research team was coordinating meetings with community
organizations to establish a solid foundation of support towards our
research project. She strongly expressed that stats needed to be generated
if our project was going to be a success.
- Patricia Bad Eagle (Jan. 2007 - Dec. 2007) Has showed exceptional work
ethics in PES Youth Initiative: class attendance, minimal barriers to
employment, and computer training. These were factors leading to her
opportunity to work with PES in their Human Resource Inventory research
program.
- As well as ongoing promotion of our project, Patricia is the main
analyst of all the data we have collected up until now. Her style of being
very thorough and going through the information like a fine tooth comb have
narrowed a lot of information into a compact and understandable format. From
this, we were able to identify how many of our members have passed away or
have had multiple information we would have previously overlooked.
- Christina Bastein - It was through the PES Youth Initiative work
experience program that got her through to the Human Resource Inventory
research team. She was rehired due to her vast knowledge of computer skills
and has become an invaluable member of the team. Although she does have two
barriers against her, her hearing and transportation, she has never been
late in presenting herself and her information.
- She is the computer program worker able to generate graphs and images
that allow the information collected to be viewable and understandable. All
information that has been analyzed by Patricia is given to her to put into
tables and charts to compare these statistics.
